Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and travel services provided by SRF Travels Sri Lanka. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by the following terms:

  • A 25% deposit is required upon arrival in Sri Lanka to confirm your tour.

  • The remaining balance must be paid the day before the last day of your tour.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, USD, Euros, and Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

  • A 3–4% transaction fee applies to credit/debit card and PayPal payments.

  • Accommodation is optional and can be arranged by SRF Travels Sri Lanka based on your request.

  • Clients may pay directly to the hotel or accommodation provider.

  • We are not responsible for changes, delays, or issues caused by third-party accommodations not paid through u

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the services booked.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date may incur full charges.

  • We aim to provide flexible options in case of rescheduling due to emergencies or flight issues.

  • We offer fully customizable tours. Itinerary changes can be requested before or during the tour, subject to availability and agreement.

  • Additional costs may apply for added destinations, excursions, or upgrades.

  • SRF Travels Sri Lanka is responsible for providing safe transportation, professional guides, and delivering services as described.

  • We are not liable for personal injuries, accidents, illness, theft, delays, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

  • Clients are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before traveling.

  • There are no strict age restrictions. We accommodate children, senior citizens, and travelers with limited mobility.

  • Please inform us in advance about special medical needs or accessibility requirements so we can prepare accordingly.

  • During tours, we may capture photos or videos for promotional use on our website and social media.

  • If you do not wish to be included, please inform us at the start of the tour.

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward local communities, tour guides, accommodation staff, and fellow travelers.

  • Illegal activities, offensive behavior, or damage to property may result in tour termination without a refund.

  • Free Wi-Fi is provided in our vehicles, but signal strength may vary in remote areas.

  • We recommend purchasing a local SIM card if you require consistent internet access.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

  • Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Sri Lanka.
